By Downloading my Commercial Use products you agree this terms of use:
You may use this product to create Digital Scrapbookig kits for freebies or for sale.
YOU MAY NOT:1. Claim them as your own.
2. Redistribute as a COMMERCIAL USE item.  You MAY NOT create commercial use products with my items.You may create Personal use and scrap for hire items.
3. Share or have available for download on your site; instead give them a link to my blog or store.
4. Sell it as PSD or TIFF file it has to be in PNG or JPG.
5. Freebies are allowed but not in its original form.
6. MAY NOT use this for anything illegal, immoral, pornographic or  for racism purpose.

Personal Use
By downloading my Personal Use kits you are agreeing to use my products for Personal Use only (No COMMERCIAL USE is allowed aside from Scrap-For-Hire or Scrap-For-Other*) and:

You may:
Use these products to create digital art products such as digital scrapbook papers, elements, layouts and templates and other handmade products such as greeting cards and other paper based products (not gaining any income from this). You may resize, recolor and crop for your own personal use. Share your layouts/projects via email, blogs, online galleries, etc as long as credit is given to Raquel

* You may use these products in your Scrap-For-Hire or Scrap-For-Other projects as long as your clients are given flattened JPG files or printed paper, not layouts saved in layers where the individual elements and paper could be extracted, and that you are making unique pages for each client. The original files may not be shared with any clients.

You may not:
Use these products in any commercial way.
Change these products and claim them as your own.
Create quickpages, templates or printable collections on any kind using my products.
Use these products for any purpose which is prohibited by law.
Share these products in any way.
